The authentic multi-course dinner was a culinary highlight, bringing forth regional flavors that dance on the palate. Each plate felt like a homage to local ingredients, showcasing the artistry of Japanese cuisine. Breakfast was notably a step above, providing a pampering start to the day. I savored every moment, enjoying the peaceful ambiance from my dining spot, much like relishing the calm of a South African sunset after a day of safari. Of course, the onsen experience shouldn't be overlooked. With a mix of communal and private baths, it offered a serene setting to unwind, reflecting on the gourmet escapades of the day. The friendly staff, always attentive, personalized my experience-even extending my check-out time. They seemed to understand, like I do, that every great adventure deserves a little more time to explore. Highly recommend visiting this treasure!
